TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking, accessing, or using services provided at Gifa’s Transport (PTY) LTD passengers agree to comply with and be bound by these terms & conditions. If the passenger/passengers do not agree to the terms & conditions set to cover both the user and service provider they should not use the service.

 

Definitions:

-Company refers to Gifa’s Transport (PTY) LTD

-Passenger refers to any individual booking or using the transport service.

-Driver refers to the operator or authorized transport provider.

-Platform refers to booking system, app or website.

 

Eligibility to Use Gifa’s Transport (PTY) LTD Services:

Passenger/Passengers must be at least 18 years and above to make a booking on their own otherwise the guardian’s approval is needed.

The passenger/passengers have to possess valid national identity or Passport for verification if needed or required where necessary.

The passenger/passengers should provide their accurate information when making a booking otherwise providing false information will disqualify them from boarding or using the service.

 

Booking & Payment:

All bookings at Gifa’s Transport (PTY) LTD are confirmed only after successful payment in full or 50% deposit and or as instructed by the admin or set on platform by the service provider and the issuance of booking confirmation by email, by WhatsApp and or by Sms or phone call.

 

Payment methods may include:

Bank transfers (EFT)

Bank cards using (POS)

Mobile money

Digital wallets

Cash in BWP, Euro, Pounds, USD, ZAR

Pay by Link, Apple pay, Google pay, Samsung pay and other ways displayed in this website.

Luggage & Personal Belongings:

Passenger/Passengers remain responsible for their personal belongings, Gifa’s Transport (PTY) LTD will not be liable for lost items, stolen property, unattended baggage, except where required by law or proven negligence exists. Illegal, dangerous, prohibited goods are not allowed on board. 

 

Safety & Emergencies:

Passenger/Passengers must comply with emergency and safety procedures communicated by drivers or staff and or by traffic laws for road users. In emergencies the company or driver may,

Reroute trips

Delay travel

Cancel services

Contact emergency authorities where necessary

All above done to obey the traffic laws, health, Border, weather or recommendations by authorities.



Drivers and Vehicle Standards:

The company aims to ensure drivers, staff and vehicles meet operational and safety requirements.

 

However, independent operators may provide certain service through the platform.
